All stretch headwraps come pre tied and are meant toeasily slip on and offthe head.

"Baby"sizefits approximately0-6 months, "Child/Toddler" size fit 6mo-10 years based onour pre-tied measurement. When/if wraps are untied, they can be retied in one of our other ways, per the instructions that come with every order receipt.
